Whistler Cottage is situated in the perfect location, a very short walk to an award winning beach, shops, pubs, play parks for the kids, cycle paths which takes you to Corbiere lighthouse and the very picturesque harbour of St Aubins with over 30 restaurants. The accommodation is a modern cottage with all the latest facilities, large modern kitchen and your own garden with BBQ and a hot tub. This cottage ideal for summer with its bifolding doors and winter with its gorgeous modern log fire. The space The cottage has just been fully renovated and is a very modern and semi-detached. There is WiFi throughout the house and this extends to the outside patio area. The property consists of a very large open plan lounge and dining area. The kitchen leads off the lounge and is fully equipped with modern appliances. The lounge has a 75inch TV with Sky, Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is the latest Bose 5.1 surround sound system to enjoy the television. There is a downstairs shower room with WC. The whole property is very luxurious with underfloor heating on the ground floor and all bathrooms. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have wall mounted central heating radiators. Bedroom 1 is a very large bedroom which has loads of space to accommodate a cot if required. It has a king sized bed, a comfy three seater sofa, and a 55inch wall mounted TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. This is also large enough to accommodate a cot. This room has a 42 inch TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is plenty of space to store your clothes. The 2 bedrooms are connected with a spacious corridor with modern fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging space. Upstairs there is a luxurious large bathroom with underfloor heating. The bathroom has a walk in shower, an extra deep bath and a very large wash hand basin. We supply all towels, including beach towels. There is a spacious patio, with a very large circular dining table and chairs for 6 people. There is also a gas fired BBQ, Hot-tub and chairs to relax in. There is also free on-site parking for 1 car. The bus stop is literally at the end of the road and the number 15 bus runs every 15 minutes, both to the airport and into St Helier. There is a fabulous walking path on which you can walk for miles and a great play park for kids a couple of minutes walk away. The nearest beach is St Brelade's Bay and is only a short walk away. Guest access Our guests are free to use all aspects of the property. The hot tub must not be used at all between 22.00 hrs and 09.00 hours each day. You must agree to hot tub rules which you will receive in advance of your arrival. There is a BBQ house which can be used at any time on request. There is Parking for 1 car. Other things to note Unfortunately we do not allow any pets or animals in the property at any time. The property is strictly non smoking. The BBQ hut is for the use of the cottage guests, no parties allowed.
