Relax with the whole family at this peaceful beach getaway overlooking farm land, brand new in December 2023! Keep the holiday vibes while working with a separate office space, two screens and high speed wifi. Enjoy relaxing on the large private covered north facing deck. When you aren't enjoying the outdoors and beautiful beach, the house has games, books, puzzles and a 75” smart tv. 800m distance to the beach, Dairy, and 300 m from Surf Shack cafe. The space The home has three generous bedrooms (one King, one Queen, and one room with a bunk and a single bed), sleeping up to 7 people. It features a large family bathroom, plus ensuite off the King room. Shower gel and hand wash supplied. Relax in the generous living space with huge comfy couch, and 75” smart tv. Further seating on our other couch, dining room and breakfast bar. The home has been decorated in a Kiwiana retro vibe combining new and pops of vintage decor, like crown Lynn crockery and woollen blankets. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dish drawers, scullery and laundry with all the appliances you might need. We have a Nespresso and a plunger to make coffee (bring your pods or pre ground coffee). Basic supplies (oil, salt, pepper, instant coffee, tea and sugar) and all linen are supplied. Enjoy relaxing on the large covered deck and outdoor furniture. There is a separate office workspace so you can continue your holiday while working, featuring two screens and high speed fibre WIFI. There is Parking for 3 vehicles on the driveway and more space on the street. We charge an $80 cleaning fee, and linen service of $80 which includes bath towels/bath mats/hand towels, bed linen, kitchen towels and cleaning cloths. Guest access You'll have the house to yourselves Other things to note Please note, the home has fences on three sides but it’s not fully enclosed (so be mindful of this if you have young children). There is some building going on in the area as it’s a new subdivision but it’s a lovely quiet street .
