Welcome to our brand-new 150 sqm loft apartment on the outskirts of Freiburg! This luxurious holiday home is tastefully and stylishly furnished, perfect for families or groups of friends. You'll benefit from a prime location: All major shops and restaurants are within walking distance, the tram to Freiburg city center is easily accessible, and numerous hiking and cycling trails start right at your doorstep. The space Discover our charming loft apartment nestled in an elegant villa spanning two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious dining area with views of your private terrace and the picturesque communal garden. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need, from a large refrigerator and coffee machine to an induction stove and oven. Relax on our cozy sofas and lounge chairs surrounded by artworks from our private collection. The ground floor bathroom features a walk-in shower with rain showerhead, offering a luxurious shower experience. An open staircase leads you to the upper floor where a library with a workspace awaits. You'll also find two separate beds and two bedrooms here – one of which is visually separated but without a door. Another bathroom with a walk-in shower and rain shower completes the offering. Enjoy the evening sun on your terrace while the kids play in the garden. A private parking spot is, of course, also available to you. Our loft apartment "FRIZ 8 - ART" was completed in December 2023 and is the latest gem on our "FRIZ estate." This ensemble also includes a charming 200-year-old barn that houses seven more "FRIZ apartments," which we have been successfully renting out as holiday homes for 7 years. So, if your family or travel group is larger, we'll surely find suitable accommodation for everyone. We've thought of everything to make your stay as pleasant and relaxed as possible. Just pack your bags and hit the road – we'll take care of the rest! Beds are freshly made upon your arrival, ample towels are provided, and we handle the final cleaning for you. So, you can confidently close the door behind you when you head back home! The Lounge can additionally be booked for small events, meetings, workshops, or seminars – just get in touch with us. Our garden is available to all guests. Here the children can play while the parents enjoy a nice glass of wine from the region. Not infrequently new acquaintances arise with the other guests, because one is among like-minded people. For those who stay longer there is a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. Other things to note We ensure that everything is in place so you can fully enjoy your vacation with friends or family. A large refrigerator, a small minibar, made beds, ample towels, numerous board games, toys, and books, along with final cleaning and the option for mid-stay cleaning are all provided for your convenience. Need extra sleeping arrangements? Depending on availability and upon request, we can arrange an adjoining apartment for you. We want you to feel right at home in our apartments! That's why we prioritize coziness, functionality, and upscale amenities with that special touch. Here, you'll find only originals – whether it's art, design objects, toys, or even the soap in the bathroom. We would appreciate it if you cherish and handle our little treasures with as much care as we do. Your well-being is our top priority! Please note, the staircase to the upper floor has a railing but open steps. This is not a playground, and parents must supervise their children.
