Large and bright apartment in the center of Florence, a few meters from Piazza Santa Croce. A large bright living room, two bedrooms, a study, a full bathroom with shower and bidet. Newly renovated and furnished, it is ready to welcome you and give you a pleasant, quiet and comfortable stay in one of the most typical neighborhoods of the center, close to all the main attractions of the city. The space The apartment has two bedrooms: a brighter one with two windows facing the street (but still quiet because the windows are new and soundproofed), with a TV and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom overlooks a courtyard, has a smaller wardrobe and a dresser. By default, you will be assigned the first room, but if you prefer the one overlooking the courtyard, just let us know in advance. Please read the Conditions and Rules/Other details to note for the possible use of the second room by two guests (in case you want to sleep in separate rooms) Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal, except for the storage room where the washing machine is located, the use of which is reserved for stays of at least one week. If for some reason you need to use it for shorter stays, please let us know in advance. IMPORTANT: If there are two of you but you want to sleep in separate rooms, you must communicate this at the time of booking. An additional 50 euros will be charged for the entire stay, and you will also have the second room available. KEYS Please be careful not to lose the keys. If this happens, it would be necessary to change the entire lock, the costs of which would be charged to the guest. If the keys are forgotten inside the apartment and someone has to come specifically to open it, a refund of 30 euros is required, and 50 euros if at night, after 10 p.m. However, it should be borne in mind that there is no night service and after 10 p.m. the resolution of the problem is not guaranteed: so be careful with the keys! WASHING MACHINE The use of the washing machine is reserved, by agreement, for stays of at least one week. If for some reason you need to use it for shorter stays, please let us know in advance.
