The condo features 2 upstairs bedrooms each with a private loft and attached bathroom, and a third bedroom and bath downstairs. This is an ideal option for 2 families or groups of couples. Guests have access to on-site amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, & tennis courts. Enjoy the deck perched directly above Pollard Brook, & in the summer follow the short trail to Pemigewasset River. The space The condo offers two levels. The lower features a large open concept great room with a new gas fireplace. There is a bedroom off of the entry way with twin XL over queen bunk bed and a common bathroom. There is a large mudroom with storage for gear etc. The living/dining/kitchen area is open concept and features a desk with chairs and access to a large deck and outdoor space. The upper level has a new washer dryer, and two full size bedrooms each with attached private lofts and full bathrooms. One of the upper bedrooms has a king bed, and the other has a king bed with 2 twin beds in the loft area. Lincoln Station amenities including heated indoor pool and hot tub (year round) and outdoor pool and tennis courts (seasonal). Loon Mountain shuttle is available to all guests. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance Guest access Each unit has two spaces right in front of the unit. Any additional vehicles must be parked in areas between buildings or in designated visitor parking spots so as not to interfere with traffic. OVERFLOW SPOTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
