This centrally located 50 m2 accommodation on the ground floor is tastefully decorated in a quiet neighborhood right in the center of Alkmaar! Amsterdam and Volendam can be reached within half an hour. The artists' village Bergen is 15 minutes away, and the beach and dunes are 20 minutes away. Saturday is the market, and throughout the summer, there is a cheese market every Friday. The space The accommodation is newly furnished with a large bed and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas stove and dishwasher. There is a large wardrobe and a storage space under the stairs where the wardrobe is. The bathroom has a rain shower, bath furniture and hairdryer. There is a separate toilet. Coffee and tea are provided. There is a Senseo and a filter coffee machine. Free crib and the bed is made upon arrival. Please note that there are no towels! Guest access The entire home is 50 m2. Other things to note There are stains on a sofa bed cushion, probably white paint. We can't get that out anymore.
