A bright and airy flat that’s fresh and clean. A short 2 minute walk to Hither Green train station in Zone 3. You'll love the convenience of how close you are to both central London and Kent. There’s lots of open spaces to enjoy. The space Your private room: The sun shines through this light and bright room for most of the day. There is a desk, small double bed with storage underneath, a rail for hanging your clothes and two small sets of drawers. You’ll also find a long desk for remote working with a fast and stable WIFI connection. A TV is mounted on the wall with the option to plug your laptop in. Free Disney+ and Netflix. Shared spaces: We have a small black cockapoo named Olive, she’s very affectionate and loves a snuggle. Unless you wish, we will make sure she doesn’t go into your room but you’ll find her in her bed in the living room. Kitchen: The high gloss grey kitchen is fully equipped and has a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a dining table with 4 chairs that you are welcome to use for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bathroom: A power shower and extra shower hose, bath, toilet and sink. Outdoor space: A narrow, covered and private balcony with a small table and 2 chairs. If you are a keen cyclist I can also provide a safe and secure area to lock your bike away. There are parking restrictions Monday to Friday but I can offer permits at an additional cost. It’s free to park all weekend. Guest access Guests are welcome to stay in their room provided or share the open plan living / dining kitchen space with us. During your stay I am happy to share my home and equally happy to give guests their own personal space while they’re here. My home is not a self-contained rental. I respect guests’ privacy and always take their lead on interaction, but I appreciate a friendly hello when we cross paths and mutual consideration while sharing the space. While you’ll have your own private room, this is still a shared home rather than a hotel, and I hope guests enjoy it with that in mind. To help keep the house comfortable, please note the following: * Late-night arrivals or regularly returning home in the early hours are not suitable, as I have a dog and aim to keep a calm household. * The kitchen is available for preparing meals during reasonable daytime and evening hours, but it is not available for cooking or food preparation during the early hours of the morning. * Please keep noise to a minimum, particularly in the evenings and early mornings, as sound travels easily.
