RoofTop Stay with Kitchenette

The guest room is on the 2nd floor of our house in Sector 19, with a terrace garden. We welcome SOLO TRAVELLERS, BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS AND MARRIED COUPLES ONLY. The grocery store is a min away and metro station 600 mtrs away. It is a smallish room with basic amenities and attached bathroom. A simple breakfast is complimentary . AC usage is charged extra as per usage. Guests often share that the place has positive vibes. Important amenities are close by and can be reached by Uber and Ola. The space A beautiful newly constructed rooftop space, a small bedroom with an attached bathroom and a well equipped kitchen and of course with an amazing terrace garden (shared by the host & other guests). Guest access You have your independent space on the 2nd floor,as listed above and also to the shared terrace. We live on the ground floor, so you have as much or as little privacy as you would like. The 1st floor has two rooms for guests. You might want to visit the common lounge there. Other things to note Pl be reminded that the space is on the 2nd floor, so carrying heavy bags may be a bit difficult. 1. Govt issued ID needed for every guest 2. Foreign Nationals need to show their valid Passport / visa and submit at arrival 3. Guest will be required to sign a visitor's register on arrival 4. An earlier than requested check in or a later than requested checkout can be accommodated if we do not have a guest staying the previous day and we do not have any booking the following day. 5. You can lock your own room and keep the key with you. We do not give independent access key of the house to the guests, as the owners & other guests live in the same building which has one main door entry. We are a family house and do not have a doorman, so, if you have to stay out late nights, pl speak to us before booking the place 6. No drugs or illegal activities to be done on or from the premises 7. We have partial backup for fan & light points in case of power cuts. It lasts till it does and long power cuts are not in our control. 8. If any electronic goes out of order, let us know, we will try to get it repaired asap.
