This is one of two bedrooms that I rent in the front portion of my home which shares an art deco bathroom with shower and tub. The Master Suite is in the back portion of the house where I stay but is sometimes available to rent as well. There is a one time cleaning fee of $100. If there is smoking, there is a five hundred dollars cleaning fee each time. The home is situated just 5 minutes to either Sunset Junction with tons of fun eateries, artisan shops and gourmet coffee houses or to the reservoir for a nice, relaxing walk. Beautiful neighborhood, Farmer's market on Saturdays. Great outdoor areas. Enjoy coffee on the porch, brunch on the side patio or dive into your book du jour while lounging in the lush garden in back while sipping on a mojito. Fully stocked kitchen appliances/pots/pans/utensils. Free laundry on-site. Other Amenities: Towels, shampoo & soap.
