Orquedia Treehouse/Penthouse Combo

This Penthouse/Treehouse combo is a place created in harmony with nature. The penthouse is 2 stories with a king size bed upstairs and a kitchen and living area down stairs. It shares a deck and plunge pool with the Tree House, a studio with a queen bed. This villa is in the jungle steps away from the beach. It’s an awesome adventure, but Nicaragua is not for the weak. Make sure you turn the air conditioner off when you are not in the unit. If you leave it on there will be an additional charge. The space The Penthouse is the perfect getaway for a couple, a pair of friends or small (website hidden)'s a two story unite and the downstairs, which includes the kitchen and the living room, overlooks the jungle. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee pot, filtered water tank, refrigerator, pantry and breakfast bar. The kitchen also comes fully stocked with all of the pots, pans, cooking utensils and plates you need. The only thing that it doesn't come with the kitchen is food, but, this is something that we can arrange. Beyond the kitchen is the living room which has a futon as a couch that can also convert into a bed if necessary. There is also a kitchen table that can hold four. Right off the living room are double doors that lead you out to the deck where there are two rocking chairs as well as a plunge pool to cool you off. The view off the deck is a jungle view, but is close enough to the beach that you can hear the waves. Upstairs in the Penthouse is the spacious master suite, where you'll find your bathroom, vanity and rainforest inspired shower. On the other end of the master suite, you'll find the bedroom, which has a desk, closet, and king sized bed. There is also a separate balcony that has a partial ocean view. All of the furniture is made out of teak wood, as is the structure itself. In addition. There is an air-conditioning unite as well as a fan to help keep you cool in the warm weather. Inside the Treehouse, you'll find all of the standard amenities which includes a queen bed, desk, vanity, bathroom, shower and closet. In addition, the Treehouse has it's own personal balcony with outdoor shower in which to cool off in the afternoon or rinse away the ocean salt. In addition, you have access to a full wood deck and plunge pool that's just steps from the door of the Treehouse. There is no air-conditioning unite, but a fan to help keep you cool in the warm weather. Guest access On the property, there is also a restaurant, bar and heath bar. The property is also known for Yoga with it's spectacular platform overlooking the ocean with waves crashing underneath. Beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards and snorkel gear are available to rent. Other things to note Enjoy ocean activities like kayaking, fishing, and surfing – and explore colonial Granada, the iconic twin volcano Ometepe island and beyond.
