In the village of Quarzano, with an enchanting lake view, our house will allow you to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The house can be reached on foot via a short staircase and is located on the second floor. We have a private garden where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The space The house has a full kitchen with a small balcony overlooking the internal courtyard, a very large double bedroom with a fan and a balcony overlooking the lake, a small bedroom with a single bed, a living room with a sofa, a dining area, a portable air conditioner and a balcony overlooking the lake, and a bathroom with a shower. We also provide a laundry room with a washing machine. Just outside the house you can relax in the private garden. All outdoor areas are equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers available to guests. On request, we can provide you with baby equipment (cot, high chair, changing table, bouncer and plastic dishes). Guest access You will be able to access all the areas of the property described above. In the laundry room, the use of the cabinets is not allowed. To reach the house, you have to take steps that lead from the provincial road to the property (not easy for those with walking problems). There is no elevator or reserved parking space. WE ARE SORRY, BUT WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE ANIMALS IN OUR FACILITY. Other things to note Right next to the house are: - a large public parking lot - the Como|Bellagio bus stop - a convenience store and a tobacco bar - the access road to the village beach. Other free parking spaces on the street in the village of Rovasco or near public offices and the cemetery.
