The space The apartment has been equipped with loving details and creative ideas in its own design. My "Schätzla" can accommodate 2 people (possibly also with an extra bed). The approx. 70 square meter apartment with separate entrance is located directly on the edge of the forest in a hillside location in the idyllic Rotmaintal and is about 4 km north of Bayreuth. The property is nestled in a wonderful 1000 sqm garden. On the approx. 30 m², newly designed terrace you can find your balance between the exertion of the day and the relaxation of the evening. Recently, a barrel sauna has also been available for our guests. The barrel sauna is in the immediate vicinity of the "Schätzla," is 4 m long, has an anteroom and is heated with a wood stove. Guest access The direct connection to the A9 and A70, exit "Bindlacher Berg" and the train station (about 200 m away) make the journey more relaxed.
