Fazenda Engenho D'Água was built in 1776 and has been fully restored, and to this day represents an essential heritage for the awareness of our economic and cultural history. The mill has been involved in sugarcane planting, brandy, sugar, tea and milk production throughout its history, which goes beyond the land and 38 enslaved people. In 1822, the manor hosted Prince D. The Farm has hosted Dom Pedro I in the week of Brazil's declaration of independence and has been part of our history since 1776, but it was fully restored in a 3-year project, maintaining the originality of the house of Colonial Brazil, but bringing all the comfort of our era. For leisure, the pool is beautiful and you will certainly enjoy the sun and cool off with beautiful dives, while you can rest in the large 120 m² kiosk, where the barbecue is located. From there, you will see a lot of nature, centuries-old fruit trees, the vegetable garden and also the green pastures with the animals of the property. For your convenience, there is also a large bathroom outside, so you don't have to enter the house. The manor's slave quarters have been transformed into a bar and also a game room, where you can play games on the pool table. There are two lakes on the property where fishing enthusiasts can try their luck and catch their own meal. One of them is full of tilapia and is in front of the big house, and the other, larger, more rustic, is in the midst of nature.
