Bright, cozy apartment

In the middle of the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve, this, in 2021 completely ecologically renovated, lies one-room apartment. It captivates with its friendly, bright and warm character. Clay walls, floor heating, natural stone and oak parquet floors. Not far from the village square, which is dominated by the charm of the former manor house, this small apartment is in a quiet location on a farm. The space The living area of the house gets its warm flair through a floor of oak parquet in the living room/bedroom and natural stone floor in the kitchen and bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen offers all possibilities for self-catering This area is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher. A large wooden terrace can be accessed directly from the kitchen and entrance to the apartment. It connects to the terrace from the rest of the house. The terrace is facing southwest, with lots of sun until the evening. A garden invites you to linger. Fire bowl and grill offer the possibility to end the evening in a rural atmosphere. The house offers a large living and bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200 cm (Emma mattress new), as well as a pull-out sofa with 140 x 200 cm. All rooms include floor heating. As seen in the photos, there is no door between living area and kitchen. Kitchen and bathroom are separable by a curtain. The bathroom and kitchen overlook the fields, paddock and garden. The living area goes out to the street. This is very little busy because it is a cul-de-sac and therefore only residents and farmers use the road. There are two other parties in the house. A small family with a baby and the grandmother. The apartment is used by friends, guests and family. Enjoy the garden in summer and the cozy feeling of thick clay walls in winter. The seminar room can also be rented on request as a studio or additional vacation apartment. This has its own fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower downstairs in the barn. Guest access The access to the apartment is a stair up the terrace. You get to the apartment via a small entrance hallway.
