Located in a very quiet little village on the edge of the fields, this house, whose land is fully fenced, is 20 minutes from Mulhouse and 30 minutes from Colmar. There is a tobacco shop/post office/bread delivery in the village and the first shops are only a 10-minute drive away. you will find the house rules in the "house manual" section The space In this beautiful 95 m2 single-story living space, you will find the very bright living room with a large table, a large corner sofa and a TV. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to cook: stove, oven, air-fryer, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, beer tap (5L keg not included) and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. You will also have access to a storage cabinet. On the night side, two bedrooms of about 13 m2 each with double bed. You will also find a bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink cabinet with access for storing your belongings as well as a separate toilet. Bed and bath linens are provided. All shutters are electric. The large enclosed plot with electric gate has a courtyard, a large garden, a private 8x4m swimming pool, with garden furniture and deckchairs as well as a covered terrace. The latter has a table with chairs for your meals, an outdoor sofa and a Weber electric barbecue. Self check-in or check-out: If your arrival or departure is independent, the lockbox is on your left in the garage descent. The code will be given to you orally. If you are given a set of keys with a remote control for the gate, drop them in the mailbox when you leave. Access & parking: Always park in the courtyard and on the right side (in front of the garage). From Monday to Friday evening, between 2:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., 2 people may be present in the courtyard and basement due to their professional activity (Food truck and kitchen laboratory in the basement), without causing any inconvenience to your privacy. Behavior rules: Obligation to remove shoes at the entrance, you can walk barefoot or with clean and dry slippers inside. Respectful behavior: No disturbing neighbors (noise, parties, loud music, etc.). All necessary appliances are at your disposal in the kitchen. Two storage spaces are available in the kitchen in the closet to the left of the hob. Dolce Gusto coffee machine pods are available here (coffee only). The beer printer can be used (was not provided) and cleaned before departure (provide 5 liter barrel). In the bathroom, the entire storage column on the right is available for your use. Extra towels are available, if needed, in the bottom drawer of the vanity. 4 full storage drawers are available under the bed in one bedroom. Use of outdoor amenities: Outdoor armchair cushions are available in the living room. They must be returned every night to avoid possible damage due to bad weather (wind, rain, night humidity, etc.). An electric barbecue is at your disposal on the terrace, use it only in this place. No glasses around the pool, please leave them on the tables at your disposal. Be careful not to do stains on the slabs around the pool. Note that the pool is private (so only you can access it). Security: The front door does not have a handle, be sure to keep the key with you or in the outside lock so as not to be locked outside! During your absence, please check that all doors and windows are locked before checking out. Access to certain areas: The cellar, garage, attic and the room to the left of the toilet are prohibited from access. Please note that a security camera is present outside the house at the entrance (simple precaution against burglaries). Before your departure: Put used towels & tea towels on the bathroom floor.
