Welcome to our Home! Our place is located in One Uptown Residences BGC. Excellent location across Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall and Uptown Parade. Surrounded by upscale restaurants, bars and cafes. Our 36sq.m unit is simple yet very functional, equipped with a smart tv, 100mbps Wifi, AC and a double bed. The space One Uptown Residences is located on 8th Avenue BGC, Taguig. The building have paid parking on premises. We also have a designated parking slot within the building for a fee. One Uptown Residences is connected to One Uptown Mall via Uptown Link. Guest access - Swimming pool is available for guest to use Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Please message us first if you wish to use the facility. - Gym is located nearby with for a fee. Please reach us to us for further details. Other things to note 1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and in all public areas of the building. A Php5,000 fee fine will be collected incase. 2. Unit price is good for two. Extra person charge is 500/night per pax after 2 guest. 3. Parking - Paid parking is available in Basement 2 of the building. 4. Please declare all guests, the building will not allow guest not included in the reservation email. 5. Early Check-in and Late Check-out is subject to unit availability. If available we charge 350/hour. 6. Bag drop service is available to all arriving and departing guest. Kindly message us if you wish to avail of this service. Leaving of personal belonging in the lobby is not allowed. 7. Unit cleaning is available during your stay for extra fee. 8. Please use our linen, towel and duvet with care. A fee of 1,000 will be collected for stained linens.
