The space This inviting space has been meticulously designed for your relaxation. Every hue and detail has been thoughtfully selected to create an atmosphere that will make you fall in love with your surroundings. Here's what awaits you: ✩ 1 complementary parking spot ✩ Climate control with air conditioning ✩ Portable fans for personalized comfort ✩ A cozy full bed and a versatile sofa bed ✩ The TV doesn't have cable service, but we do offer access to Netflix. You can also access your favorite streaming apps like Disney, YouTube, Amazon Prime, and more. You just need to log in with your own profile. Important: Remember to log out of your account before leaving to protect your privacy and avoid future inconveniences. ✩ A fully-equipped kitchen for your culinary needs ✩ The beautiful Jaco Beach, just a 2-minute walk to your right ✩ The lively main street of Jaco, a mere 1-minute stroll to the left ✩ A charming balcony adjacent to the main sleeping area Guest access You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment, as well as common areas such as hallways and the parking lot. The parking space is suitable for small sedans or SUVs, but not for larger cars. You can also use the outdoor shower on the patio to cool off after a day at the beach or whenever you need it. Other things to note For security reasons and as a common practice in Costa Rica, we require the full names of all guests, along with their ID numbers for those of legal age staying at the property. This allows us to responsibly control who enters the property and maintain everyone's safety. - The apartment has a parking space measuring 4.50 m deep and 2.50 m wide. The indicated dimensions correspond to the maximum vehicle size limits. - Please DO NOT smoke inside the space or outside the facilities. Mar Itza is a smoke-free facility. (Fine: $350) If you wish to smoke, please do so outside on the sidewalk. - No Parties are allowed (Fee: $500) - Do not litter at the street or in the common areas - Late Check-Out without Host Authorization (Fee: $200) Break or damage something?: - In the event that something is broken or damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately so that we can try to replace it. We do our best to provide excellent service, but we ask that you also understand that you are responsible for covering the cost of any replacement or repair.
