Prime Location: This property is conveniently located close to Downtown Sacramento, Golden 1 Center, and Sacramento State University. Despite its proximity to the freeway, it’s nestled in a quiet and safe area with a long private driveway. You’ll enjoy peace in the room with no street noise. 2. Cozy and Well-Equipped Space: You’ll find a comfortable bedroom featuring a queen-size bed with a 43-inch smart TV, a full bathroom, and a living room featuring another standard queen-size bed with a large 65-inch smart TV, a cozy sofa, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The basic kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffeemaker. 3. Ample Parking: Enjoy a dedicated carport reserved exclusively for you next to your unit’s entrance for easy access. If you have a second or third vehicle, additional parking is available in our spacious backyard. Other things to note • Please ensure you book for the total number of guests who will be staying in. Please note there will be a minimum charge of $50 for each unregistered guest or additional guest. Please note unapproved day or night visitor is NOT allowed. • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, as the air conditioning and heating systems are shared throughout the whole property (temperature set at 73). A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if any smoke odor is detected inside. You are welcome to smoke outside, and please ensure all doors and windows are fully closed to prevent smoke from entering the house. • There are many trees and plants along our long driveway and in the yard. With weather changes, you may see insects around. If you bring drinks or food and accidentally spill them, please clean the area immediately to avoid attracting insects.
