The downstairs is an open floor-plan with large Smart TV, comfy couch, office desk space (High Speed Wifi), fully stocked kitchen w/ drip+K-cups coffee maker, coffee and teas, pots/pans and kitchen essentials, washer and dryer, and sparkly half bath. The couch becomes a queen bed and there are additional mattresses also available upstairs for large groups. The upstairs level offers a calm and comfortable space designed for relaxation. You’ll find two private bedrooms: One bedroom features 2 permanent twin beds with 2 additional floor mattresses to accommodate larger groups. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed for restful nights. There are also two spacious private bathrooms, each with tubs—perfect for unwinding after a long day. We provide plenty of fresh, fluffy towels and crisp linens, so you’ll always feel at home. Your peaceful getaway awaits—send us a message anytime with questions! Guest access Everything is yours! Make yourself at home. The only 2 closets we use to store cleaning supplies are locked and clearly labeled. Other things to note 🔇 NO parties or loud music; $500 fee 🦮 NO pets; $250 fee. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals 🚭 NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee 🙅‍♂️ NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest ⚠️ Your reservation may be subject to a Security Deposit/Authorization Hold, this applies to some booking but not all of them. Please inquire if you'd like to know more --- 🎥 We have an active doorbell security camera outside to ensure the safety of guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed 🔊 We have an active noise decibel detector inside that detects excess noise and notifies us --- 🙋You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 4 guests, there is a $12 nightly charge per extra guest 🏠 Not wheelchair accessible --- Please, 🧹 Be respectful of the space (this is our home) and clean up reasonably after yourself 🗑️ Do not leave any trash outside--we like to keep our community beautiful 🔧 Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should ❕Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping. 📄Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill out a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid phone number and email so we can make sure to better cater to your stay.
