Short drive to the Chautauqua Institution, National Comedy Center, wineries & breweries. Snow lovers enjoy convenient access to Chautauqua County snowmobile trails and an easy drive to ski and snow board. The space You will be staying in one half of a side by side duplex with one shared wall. Second half is owner reserved and may be owner occupied. Guest access Guests will have access to back yard and have a private driveway and entrance. Other things to note Couch is a pull out full size bed.
