Stylish annex nr Wrexham/Chester

This self contained annex is in the heart of Holt village next to the river Dee and the England/Wales border. It has all village amenities (pubs, shops, takeaways, post office) in walking distance. It is a great location to access Chester, Wrexham and North Wales. The annex is recently refurbished with a kitchenette and en suite. It is very comfortable, private and completely separate from the main house where the hosts live. It is opposite a bus stop where buses go to Chester and Wrexham. The space The annex is a large open plan, modern, comfortable space. It has a King Size bed and 2 seater sofa, plus breakfast bar and kitchenette. The ensuite bathroom is modern with a shower. The garden is private and shared with the hosts. There are loungers and outdoor table with large parasol, fire pit and charcoal barbecue. The garden is accessed via an electric gate, with secure private parking. There is an electric charger for your vehicle (podpoint) at extra charge. Guest access Full access to annexe and private garden Other things to note Local and walkable amenities include shops, three pubs, doctors, chemist, restaurants and post office . A short bus ride away or 10 minutes by car will take you to the historical beautiful city of Chester or Wrexham and another 10 minutes and you can be shopping in the internationally famous Cheshire Oaks outlet shopping village. There are also several National trust properties, plus the famous Sandstone Trail and Offa's Dyke walking paths. Snowdonia is a 90 minute drive. Llangollen is a must visit and only 35 minutes drive away where you can see the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and canal, a world heritage site. We have our own dogs who can bark when people are outside but soon settle down
