Great for BBQs days when you want to use the outdoor BBQ grill (available for a fee). There are 6 lounge chairs surrounding the pool and a family sized table with chairs on the lanai. Two cars can comfortably fit in the driveway, and additional parking is down the street, as well as a convenient section directly across the street. The house is at the far end of the community and is easy to get in and out using the back gate. You'll be far from the busy entrance at the peaceful end of the street. You'll be able to walk to the clubhouse and restaurant. Other things to note This property includes access to Encore Resort amenities, i.e., Waterpark, pools, gym, basketball and tennis courts, onsite arcade, restaurants, and clubhouse check-in/concierge BBQ grill is available for an additional fee. Optional HEAT for the pool and hot tub is available upon request for an additional fee of $40 per day. You can send payment through the resolution center at Airbnb prior to your stay.
