Guest access Booking & Checkout For the integrity of our booking process, we ask that reservations be made under your full legal name. Guests must complete the online check-in form and sign the rental agreement to receive check-in instructions and access to the apartment. Arrival & Quiet Hours Your urban sanctuary is available for entry after 4 pm, accessible via a secure lockbox system to retrieve your keys. We hold the tranquility of our community in high regard and request that you honor the quiet hours established for the peace of all residents. While families with small children are indeed welcome, please note that our home is not specifically childproofed. Departure is scheduled for 11 am, with the gracious offer of a complimentary extension to 11 am, subject to a 24-hour prior request. Should your itinerary require additional time, we can accommodate a late checkout up until 1 pm for an additional fee of $35 per hour.
