The space This is a shared home. In this unit, you get your own private keypad locked bedroom to sleep that includes a full size bed, office desk w/ chair, and smart tv. The bathroom, living room, kitchen and parking areas are all shared with other Airbnb guests in the home. This listing is ideal for traveling work professionals and individuals seeking a clean and comfortable shared space to stay while staying in ATL. Please be mindful and respectful of other guests. If you are looking to rent the whole house, this is not the listing for you. We have outdoor cameras placed at the 1) front door, 2) left hand front side of the house, 3) left hand rear side of the house, 4) right hand front side of the house, and 5) backyard deck back door. NEIGHBORHOOD DISCLAIMER: This home is located in a predominantly elderly neighborhood that has many older run down homes and is currently undergoing renovations/ home flips. Please keep this in mind if you would prefer to stay somewhere with a better outside environment. CLEANING FEE DISCLAIMER: The cleaning fee guarantees that the private spaces and bathroom are cleaned prior to check in. This fee does not include the other common/shared spaces which are cleaned every two weeks. All spaces are professionally cleaned by a COVID-19 Certified cleaning company. THERMOSTAT DISCLAIMER: As described, the home is shared with other guests like yourself all with possibly different temperature preferences. For this reason the thermostat is locked and set to an ambient temperature that's deemed suitable for all. ~68 degrees Cool in Summer ~68/70degrees Heat in the winter If this is not warm or cold enough for you, feel free to bring a fan (each private bedroom has a ceiling fan) and/or space heater to have in your room. Also you will be able to open and close the vents and windows in your room only. Guest access You will receive your lockbox door code for the appropriate keys to open the house entrances and your room door prior to check in. Please be on the lookout in your email, airbnb and phone as we will send messages to all 3 communication mediums. DISCLAIMER: Guests that aren’t on the Airbnb reservation are NOT allowed on the property at all times. During your stay Guests should feel free to interact as much or as little with me and the other house guests aside from basic cordialness. Other things to note As a gentle reminder (& part of the House rules) we urge all guests to please clean after yourselves after using the common areas. This is to ensure common areas remain clean and sanitary for ALL guests to use. Please be your neighbors keeper and be considerate while using the common area or any of the amenities. Similarly, we continue to encourage guests to please inform/report incidents of common/shared areas being left messy, this is to ensure we are able to address them as needed and ensure a 5 star stay for everyone.
