Hello! Our property is located at the 22nd flr Tower 1 of Avida Towers in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. Experience the pleasant & cozy Scandinavian feel of our unit. At the very 'TOP' floor, you get a superb skyline view of the city especially at night. It is conveniently accessible via public transport for commuters. A quick leisurely walk brings you to Alabang Town Center Malls & Molito Lifestyle Center where various cuisine and live music are offered. The space My property has an amazing 180 degree view of the city skyline. One can see as far as Laguna de Bay and Antipolo. Enjoy the morning sun rays through your window. Compared to other units, it has a higher ceiling since it is on the very top floor, the 22nd floor. It has a mini kitchen equipped with basic appliances where you can prepare and eat simple meals. It ONLY accommodates 2 adults. NOT suitable for infants or children. Privacy: The glass 'sliding door' which separates the bedroom from the kitchen keep sounds inside & shields noises from the outside giving you more privacy and quality sleep. For believers, CCF Christian church is a couple of minutes from Avida Towers. New Life Church is about 5 minutes on foot. Enjoy the cool vibe & various culinary delights at Molito Lifestyle Center. Proximity to the SKYWAY takes you direct to the NAIA Airport Terminals. Guest access Guests have access to the air conditioned lobby on the ground floor. There are two (2) swimming pools for adults & kids on Level 1. On the same level, there are some outdoor exercise equipment, kids playground, jogging path loop. Other things to note Car parking slots are available in a "multilevel pay parking building" adjacent to Avida Towers. Overnight parking will cost you Php 150+ per overnight. For stays of more than 10 nights, a special arrangement between guest and the owner will be agreed upon before we allow the booking to proceed.
