Take your pick from a good selection of books on offer throughout the home or get cosy in front of the TV or in the sunroom. The dining room is set with a four-person table, perfect for enjoying meals at home or for setting up a laptop if you’re on a working holiday. The stylishly renovated kitchen comes fully equipped for your holiday catering and is designed around a central island with plenty of space to prepare meals. You’ll sleep easy in two beautiful, spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom highlights a sumptuous king-sized bed and flows through to an ensuite bathroom featuring a corner spa. The second bedroom comes with a double bed, hanging space for your belongings and can make use of the main bathroom. A European-style laundry comes with both a washing machine and dryer, adding to your everyday convenience. Added conveniences include off-street parking, and central air conditioning/heating controlled by an iPad on the hallway wall. You can select the temperature for each room individually. Other things to note The property is located with in close proximity to the Launceston central business district so you can expected noise relating to traffic, street crossings, construction activities, road works, and ambulance and helicopter noise associated with the nearby hospital.
