This hobbit home is styled in an 'English garden-like setting' overlooking a beautiful meadow. This cabin comes with one queen bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchenette, and dining space that can be converted into another queen size bed, thereby sleeping 4. Set far away from the road you’ll have all the space and privacy you desire. The wood-fired sauna private to your cottage situated next to your cabin. And, of course, what rural experience would be complete without an outdoor campfire pit, and a nearby private BBQ. Do you want privacy to muse, write, or paint (the barn was originally an artist studio), or would you like to put a group of up to 4 people together and celebrate around a campfire? The Shire lets you be yourself, and recharge. Guest access Along with the access to the property, guests may enjoy our wood fired sauna (we provide the wood), campfire pit, and 3 story renovated barn which has gym equipment on the second floor. The cabin also have its own private propane BBQ for your use. We also have a canoe and kayak to use on our ponds or on Kenoza lake, which is less than a 10 minute drive away.
