We carefully renovated this beautiful residence and former farmhouse from the Île-de-France region. Most of the furniture has been carefully sourced to offer you an authentic experience at the heart of a rich region and local heritage. You will be spoiled for choice between our many bright and well-equipped common areas, our 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and a large fully equipped kitchen. We welcome families and provide everything needed for a wonderful stay: - 3 baby cribs with comfortable mattresses - 3 changing tables, 3 baby bathtubs, and 3 high chairs - Many children’s books and comics for all ages - Toys, puzzles, and board games suitable for kids We also offer equally exceptional facilities for adults: - A pool table, foosball table, and ping-pong table - A petanque court, Mölkky set, and a cinema room - A smart TV to watch your favorite programs and enjoy lively karaoke sessions thanks to a portable speaker - Several books, card games, board games, Scrabble, and a poker set - A piano - A coworking and remote-work space with very high-speed Wi-Fi and a projector (also perfect for movie nights) - A sauna with a relaxation area To help you picture the layout, here is how the house is organized: - Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room around a fireplace - A large double bedroom with a small private lounge and a private bathroom (shower, bathtub, and toilet) - 3 double bedrooms sharing a bathroom (shower, bathtub, and toilet) - A separate toilet at the entrance - On the ground floor you will also find a pool table and foosball table First floor: four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (bathtub and toilet) - A mezzanine space with a large table for memorable board game nights (games provided!) - A second mezzanine lounge with “green gingham” armchairs for a more intimate atmosphere and a relaxing, timeless moment The garden covers more than 9 hectares and includes: - A swimming pool overlooking the forest, open from May to September - Children’s play areas - Soccer goals, rackets, and badminton and volleyball nets - A petanque court with equipment and a Mölkky set - A beautiful pond and orchard - A large terrace dining area suitable for groups, with a barbecue for delicious evenings - A terrace with a sofa overlooking the garden and the most beautiful sunsets - A secure parking area - An electric vehicle charging station and bicycle repair kits In every season, we offer a warm and welcoming home that will delight both adults and children with its authentic charm and numerous indoor and outdoor amenities.
