"La Casa Familia" in Fontainebleau

Come and discover the area by staying with us. The house, with a total capacity of 8 people (including an inflatable mattress), is our main accommodation. We open the doors of our family cocoon to you. Enjoy a weekend or a peaceful stay in our house, surrounded by an enclosed garden, you and your children can enjoy the outdoors safely. The yard can park 3 or 4 cars. The space Located on a quiet residential street in Grez, this very recent 125 m² family home is surrounded by a 700 m² garden. On the garden level, it offers a very bright living area comprising the kitchen open to the living-dining room. A 40 m² living space with two bay windows, centered around the wood-burning stove. You will have at your disposal a Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, kettle, toaster, Magimix food processor, and all the necessary cooking utensils, as well as basic groceries. The back kitchen includes a refrigerator, various small appliances (2nd coffee machine, waffle iron, raclette grill, crêpe maker, rice cooker, ovenproof dishes, etc.), and everything you need to take care of your laundry, including a washing machine and dryer. Also on this level, you will find the first bedroom with a queen-size bed and its own bathroom. Upstairs, 2 children’s bedrooms: one with a single bed, the second with two single beds. Our children's toys are available for your children to enjoy. The many board games too! You will also find the bathroom with bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. Finally, upstairs, there is the master suite with its king-size bed and large shower room. An inflatable single mattress and a baby crib can be provided and set up in the room that suits you. When you arrive, the beds will be made and bath towels will be provided. Linens are for the guests we host. All rooms are equipped with a roller shutter that completely blocks out sunlight. Strictly non-smoking house; no shoes allowed upstairs. We welcome you into our home. Despite all the care we put into our interior, we are not hospitality professionals. You will be welcomed at our place as if you were friends, so we are counting on you to take care of our home as you would your own :) However, if the date you want is not available on the calendar, please don't hesitate to ask me—you never know! As mentioned elsewhere, you may encounter our two adorable cats in the garden; they might even venture into the house during your stay. They are two little grandmas who won't cause you any trouble. Their favorite activities: sleeping and eating. You can of course leave them outside; they are used to living outdoors. Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation. Other things to note New family home in the picturesque village of Grez-sur-Loing, a small peaceful village offering amenities within a 10-minute walk from the house. Bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria, grocery store... Crossed by the Loing, on sunny days you can enjoy activities such as swimming or kayaking. - 12 km from Fontainebleau, - 20 km from Barbizon, the village of painters, - 75 km from Paris via the A6 motorway, or 1 hour by train (train station 5 minutes' drive), - at the edge of the Fontainebleau forest, known for its long walks and climbing sites. This is our main residence, so our personal belongings remain in the house but we make sure that the environment is clean but also to leave you some space to put your belongings in the rooms.
