"La Casa Familia" in Fontainebleau

Come and discover the area by staying with us. The house, with a total capacity of 8 people (including an inflatable mattress), is our main accommodation. We open the doors of our family cocoon to you. Enjoy a weekend or a peaceful stay in our house, surrounded by an enclosed garden, you and your children can enjoy the outdoors safely. The yard can park 3 or 4 cars. The space In a quiet residential street of Grez, very recent family house of 125 m2, surrounded by a garden of 700 m2. It offers a very bright living room on the garden level, including the kitchen open to the living room – dining room. A living space of 40 m2 bordered by two bay windows and revolving around the wood-burning stove. You will have at your disposal a Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, kettle, toaster, Magimix food processor, and all the necessary kitchen utensils as well as basic groceries. The back kitchen includes the refrigerator, various small appliances (2nd coffee machine, waffle maker, raclette party, pancake party, rice cooker, oven dishes...), enough to maintain your laundry with the washer and dryer. On this level too, you will find the first bedroom with queen size bed and shower room. Upstairs, 2 children's bedrooms: one with a single bed, the second with two single beds. Our children's toys are available for your children's enjoyment. Lots of board games too! You will also find the bathroom with bathtub as well as a separate toilet. Finally, upstairs, the master suite with its king size bed and large shower room. An inflatable mattress for one person, as well as a baby crib can be made available and installed in the room that suits you. Upon your arrival the beds will be made and bath towels will be available. Linens are for guests only. All rooms are equipped with a roller shutter that completely blocks out sunlight. Strictly non-smoking house, access to the floor without shoes. We open the doors of our home to you. Despite all the care given to our interior, we are not hotel professionals. You will be welcomed at our home as you would at a friend's, so we are counting on you to take care of our home as you would your own :) If, however, the date you are looking for is not available on the calendar, please let me know, you never know! As mentioned elsewhere, you may come across our two adorable cats in the garden; they might even dare to crash at the house during your stay. You can of course leave them outside, they are used to living outside and if this is a concern, don't worry, tell us, we will make sure to take them with us ;) Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation. Other things to note New family home in the picturesque village of Grez-sur-Loing, a small peaceful village offering amenities within a 10-minute walk from the house. Bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria, grocery store... Crossed by the Loing, on sunny days you can enjoy activities such as swimming or kayaking. - 12 km from Fontainebleau, - 20 km from Barbizon, the village of painters, - 75 km from Paris via the A6 motorway, or 1 hour by train (train station 5 minutes' drive), - at the edge of the Fontainebleau forest, known for its long walks and climbing sites. This is our main residence, so our personal belongings remain in the house but we make sure that the environment is clean but also to leave you some space to put your belongings in the rooms.
