Located in the heart of Jaco, steps away from the beach and very close to the main attractions such as supermarkets, restaurants, shops, bars and everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable vacation or comfortable work trips. Ideal place for couples or single people looking for a cozy and safe place near the sea. The space Our apartment is located on the second floor. It has a balcony, equipped kitchen, dining room, bedroom, a full bathroom and parking space. It has private to the beach and the possibility of enjoying the pool in a hotel located a few steps from the apartment (50 meters). Clean, quiet, and safe place. Guest access Exclusive access to the entire apartment and the possibility of using beach chairs, BBQ area, and swimming pool in the attached hotel. Other things to note The apartment is located on the second floor. No elevator. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment We ask that you not bring any pets. No parties or loud music in the apartment.
