Wellness and party villa

Our wellness and party villa is located 150km from Paris in Burgundy. 2 ha space without neighbors, conducive to partying, with a 200 m² house and a 100 m² wellness outbuilding for 24 people. Exclusive access to the tennis court, swimming pool (May-September), sauna, jacuzzi, sports machines. Private Wi-Fi and parking (10 cars and +). Terrace equipped with 110 m². Everything is planned for friendly, family and festive gatherings. The whole place is entrusted to you independently. The space Our estate can accommodate up to 24 people, with 5 bedrooms, 1 dormitory, 2 large living rooms equipped with sofa beds, a large dining-living room with fireplace area open to the kitchen equipped with a gourmet stove and two sinks, as well as 4 shower rooms/bathrooms, which are divided between the house and its outbuilding, 4 separate toilets. At the heart of the residences, which are entirely dedicated to you, vast spaces allow you to gather and enjoy the view of the garden and when the weather permits, a large terrace of 110 m² and a barbecue overlooking the pool. Two washing machines are available, one in each building. For a maximum wellness experience, we have created a spa and sports area in the outbuilding, topped with a dormitory with 8 beds. With a jacuzzi for 3 people, a sauna for 4 people and 7 sports machines (elliptical bike, semi-recumbent bike, stepper, weight bench, etc.). Jacuzzi and sauna are equipped with light therapy and Bluetooth speakers. Both houses are surrounded by a large garden without neighbors, with a swimming pool, tennis court, barbecue, pond, orchards, large lawns. Enjoy our outdoor facilities: FFT-approved tennis court, summer pool (May to September) 12 m by 6 m with diving pit. Our family is delighted to welcome you to our chic and atypical area with its decoration, and many sporting and relaxing activities. We will be able to advise you on our gourmet contacts (Burgundian caterer and baker) for home deliveries. Guest access Guests can use the outbuilding, the house, the tennis court, the pond and in summer, the pool and its 110 sqm beach as well as the stone barbecue. The fruit from the orchard and walnut trees are at your disposal: no treatment is used for the delight of the birds. The Domaine is accessible by the A5 and A6 highways as well as by train at Joigny station, 7 km away. Other things to note We only allow pets in the garage and outside for the comfort of all and out of respect for visitors with allergies. The buildings are non-smoking. Access to the rooms is with clean shoes.
