A stylishly refurbished cottage in the heart of Richmond, a five-minute walk from the market square. Two king-size en-suite bedrooms, each with a rainfall shower and one with a freestanding bath, sleep four in comfort. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living space centres on a breakfast bar island and a large sofa. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and off-street parking is provided for two cars. The space The ground floor is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, with a large sofa, Smart TV, and a kitchen island with breakfast bar seating, plus a dining table for four. Original stonework and exposed beams feature throughout. Upstairs, both bedrooms have king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with rainfall showers; one en-suite also has a freestanding bath. Guest access Guests have full use of the cottage. The ground floor is open-plan, with stairs to both bedrooms upstairs. A private courtyard at the front has space for two cars, a table and chairs, and a small step down to the front door. Bed linen, towels, toiletries, a kitchen starter pack and a locally sourced welcome hamper are all provided. A cot and highchair are available on request. Other things to note One well-behaved dog is welcome for an additional charge; the front courtyard is not enclosed. Cot space in the bedroom is tight, so check this suits before booking with an infant. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out before 10am. A 20% deposit secures the booking, with the balance due eight weeks before arrival.
