Our house has a palm roof that gives it a rustic, authentic and fresh touch, combining concrete details, modern floor in light color provide a touch of warmth and contemporary elegance. Indoor Space: The house consists of two living rooms, a large one where there are four bedrooms in the middle of a wide corridor where the sea breeze and natural light circulate. The smallest is where you will find the kitchen, barbecue, dining room, living room and hammocks. Bedrooms: Each room has been designed with a minimalist touch, equipped with air conditioning and has its own bathroom. Kitchen and dining room: The kitchen, with its contemporary charm that mixes cement and wood, is fully equipped, creating a perfect space to prepare and enjoy delicious meals. There is also an outdoor grill so you can enjoy delicious charcoal roasts. The dining room, with its polished concrete table, is the ideal place to share special moments overlooking the beach. Outdoors: Enjoy the sun and sea breeze in the pool and surroundings. A perfect place to relax after a day at the beach, surrounded by the natural beauty that the environment offers us. Location: Located right in front of the beach, allowing quick and easy access to the sand and sea, offering the perfect combination of privacy. If you are an adventurous family, the house is located 3 km from the famous Bocana de Barra de Santiago, which you can get to know and enjoy if you have a 4 x 4 car. Other things to note Raymundo and his wife Silvia will be in charge of the daily cleaning of the property (corridors of the house). The rooms and kitchen are cleaned only from 8 am to 12 pm. The cost is included in the rate. We offer the option to hire a dedicated cooking person at a cost of $30 per day, but it must be coordinated with enough advance notice to ensure availability. (Does not include ingredients, these must be brought) We have relaxing massages available for $35 (1 hour) Boat tours available from abroad 100 meters from the house.
