Private cottage on acreage .

Relax with the whole family or freinds and enjoy the peace and quite with only the sounds of nature. On 40 acres of private property to explore at your leisure with uninterupted views overlooking the boarder rangers and also has a creek running through it. The cottage is situated with own private outlook away from our house . It is completely off grid, [read other details ]. An opportunity to detox from technology. We also have a cabin on property that can be booked separately. The space The Access rd to our property is partly gravel and about 1.5 klms and you need to go over a causeway . We will inform you if expecting any flooding over causeway. It only floods if we get an excessive amount of rain . The Driveway is a little steep about 50 mtrs long. Guest access You are welcome to wander around property to enjoy the accessible 20 acres except the fenced area at the back of our private residence. Just be aware and respect the privacy of other guest that might be staying in our cabin. Other things to note There is no internet conected at cottage but we do have near our house you are welcome to conect within range or you can bring a prepaid mobil dongle. The TV does not have reception however there is a TV conected to DVD player with a large choice of DVDs in cottage. Aswell as games and books . The property is powered by solar and bateries with a backup generator. You need to be conservitive with power and water .Please do not bring portable powered devices such as aircons or heaters as our system may not take it and you will loose power and water. We only have tank water that is safe to drink in cottage as it runs through a ultra violet filter. There are ceiling fans in each room . There is no heating or aircon.
