This is for the issue of a Guest Authorisation Form to gain access to the building while you are staying. Pool access for guests is charged at P150/day, P300/holiday. If you would like to go for a swim, you can purchase pool coupons at the management office located beside Tower 3. The use of the Shore Gym is for owners and tenants only. If you are in need to pump iron or treadmill it out, I can provide alternative gym options close by. Parking Please note - I do not provide reserved parking but there is a pay parking available nearby. Open 24 Hours. Fees are as follows - Vehicles P50 - 1st 4 hours P50 - per hour Succeeding Hours Motorcycle P50 - Flat rate (6AM to 1:30AM) Overnight Charges (1:30AM to 6AM) P300 + Parking Rates Lost Ticket / Damage Card Penalty P200 + Parking Rates Other things to note I have a remote check in availability with Smart Door Code access, this allows you flexibility to check in at anytime no matter how late you arrive. I will try my best to facilitate an earlier check in time if you require, however if I have guests checking out on the same day as you check in, I do need time to make the Condo spic and span for your stay.
