🌿Welcome to "ZÈDÈL" Large duplex, located in the quiet and peaceful hamlet of Villoudry. Ideal location in the heart of Savoy, at the foot of the ski resorts. Access to the 3 Vallées ski area from Brides-les-Bains (15 min by car). Access to the Valmorel area, 20 min by car. All shops are a 5-minute drive away. "O des Lauzes" thermal water SPA 10 min by car. ☀️🏔 Sunny neighborhood and very nice view of the Lauzière massif! The space 🌿The "ZEDÈL" DESCRIPTION: 100 m2 duplex with beautiful unobstructed views of the mountains. Southwest-facing Maximum capacity 7 people (child and baby included). The accommodation is on one level, you will have a large private terrace of 30 m2 and a shared garden. Trampoline shared with our children (outside the winter season) Private parking for cars or motorbikes. Large living room with lounge and open kitchen: Living room amenities: TV Kitchen: fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, fondue machine. Upstairs, two large bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom 1: one double bed 140 cm Bedroom 2: one single bed of 90 cm and bunk beds of 90 cm. Bedding equipped with duvets and pillows. Linens and towels are not provided. You will therefore need to bring the essentials. (Possibility to request them at extra cost). 🛜Wi-Fi access is included in the price (subject to proper network operation). Baby equipment on request: folding crib, highchair, bathtub, potty, toilet seat reducer. No pets allowed. The apartment is non-smoking. Late check-in is possible. See you soon!
