Apartment in the heart of Santo Antônio Além do Carmo, on the neighborhood's main street. Despite the central location, it is very quiet, overlooking the stunning Todos os Santos Bay. Enjoy a spectacular sunset in an air-conditioned environment, hot shower and all the utensils you need for a comfortable stay. 20 meters from the supermarket and Cruz do Pascoal, surrounded by great restaurants and bars, and next to the Inclined Plane. The space The apartment has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, living room, bathroom, kitchen and a balcony with an impressive view of the All Saints Bay. It is located in a building with only three apartments. Our friendly neighbour lives on the ground floor, while the published apartment and our apartment are on the upper floor. We will be by your side, ready to offer support whenever necessary. It is also possible to share pleasant moments if it is of interest to guests! Guest access Guests will receive keys to both the building door and the apartment, ensuring full autonomy and privacy during their stay. It is important to know that you have to climb stairs to get to the apartment. We're on the second floor. We help with the bags ;) Other things to note We're new to Airbnb! We created our account some time ago to explore the platform and better understand how it works, but we are only now starting to make dates available to host guests, starting in January 2025. Therefore, we don't have any reviews yet, as we haven't received any guests so far. The apartment will undergo a renovation in December, with improvements to the bathroom and other details. Updated photos will be available as soon as the renovation is complete. Despite this, we have already accumulated incredible experiences as hosts in another house we have in Barcelona, and we are excited to provide memorable stays here as well!
