The large balcony overlooks the sunset and the whole city at night is very poetic. The apartment is located in the central area with all necessary amenities: supermarkets, hospitals, eateries, markets, banks, etc. within a radius of 300m. 5 minutes walk to the beach The space - New luxury apartment handed over in 2022, located in the most central area of Nha Trang, with an area of 48m², quite spacious. - The studio apartment has only 1 bed and welcomes a total of 3 guests: 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old. NOT SUITABLE FOR 3 ADULTS - Near the building there are 24-hour convenience stores, shopping malls, banks, night markets, etc., and it is only a 5-minute walk to the beach. - The apartment is very warmly decorated including bedroom area, kitchen, dining area, bathroom and balcony with sunset view in the afternoon. - The apartment has Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, washing machine, induction cooktop, hood, pots and pans, dishes, forks, etc. More fully equipped than a hotel. - The apartment has 1 double bed 1.8m wide with 20cm soft mattress. - We use cotton bedding for comfort and pleasure. Guest access - Welcome drink. - Kitchen and cooking utensils, washing machine, high-speed wifi, living amenities (iron, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, hand sanitizer, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent,...) - You can park in the building's garage. Motorbike tickets are 10,000 VND/day, cars are 150,000 VND/day and pay for security. - Tickets to use the swimming pool are 50,000 VND/person and 1,200,000 VND/month and are open from 6am - 6pm. The swimming pool is on the 4th floor and you can buy tickets directly at the reception hall on the 1st floor. - For long-term bookings, my housekeeper will come once a week to clean and change your new bedding for free. Other things to note - The studio apartment only has 1 bed and welcome for a total of 3 guests: 2 adults and 1 children under 12 years old. NOT SUITABLE FOR 3 ADULTS - ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT: Our apartment welcomes pets, but according to the building's regulations, we can only welcome pets that are small in size and weigh less than 8kgs, and when entering and exiting the building, you must ensure that they are wearing a collar and muzzle or keep the pet in a backpack, so please pay close attention to this information when booking. The maximum number of pets per apartment is 1. In addition to paying the pet fee on airbnb, you need to pay 500,000 VND in cash for the pet fee at the front desk (if the receptionist requests it) - Always remember to bring your card or put it in the lockbox when leaving the house. - When using the air conditioner, it is necessary to close the balcony door, close the toilet door to avoid the temperature difference and the leakage of water from the air-conditioner as well as avoid wasting electricity. - If you need to drop off your luggage, you can go to the front desk. Hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 - 11:30, 13:00 - 17:00), no luggage storage on Sundays. Or you can leave your luggage at the luggage drop off area on the 1st floor with surveillance camera. - We guarantee that the room will be cleaned and bed linen changed before you check in. Please note: In the following cases you guys need to pay extra: 1, During your stay, we don't provide daily cleaning, you need to keep it clean by yourself. We have cleaning tools prepared in the evening. If you need us to clean, please contact us one day in advance and pay 150,000 VND to the cleaning staff. 2, We don't provide change of sheets, duvet cover, towels during the stay. You can use the washing machine to wash your own towels and clothes. If you need us to change towels, please pay 50,000 VND to the cleaning staff. 3, Towels, sheets and duvets in the room are for two people only.
