The dining area, integrated into the space, includes a table for 6 people, making group meals even more enjoyable. There are 4 comfortable bedrooms: - Master Suite: Double bed, air conditioning, desk, bedside lamps, clothes rack, blackout curtains, and a full bathroom with gas-heated shower. - Bedroom 2 (double): Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside lamps, and blackout curtain. - Bedroom 3 (triple): Double bed + single bed, air conditioning, clothes rack, bedside lamps, and blinds. - Bedroom 4 (triple): Double sofa bed + single bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe, bench, and window blinds. 3 full bathrooms with gas-heated showers — one is in the suite. One of the bathrooms also includes a hairdryer for added convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential utensils, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and other everyday items for cooking. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. We also provide an iron for your convenience. With well-organized and functional spaces, this apartment ensures a practical, comfortable, and complete stay — just steps from the beach and with easy access to everything Copacabana has to offer. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to all areas of the apartment, ensuring comfort, privacy, and autonomy throughout the stay. The property is located in a family-oriented residential building, and it is essential to respect the house rules and the well-being of the residents. Therefore, parties, events, and visits from people not included in the reservation are not allowed. Access to the apartment is made via electronic lock, and all access instructions will be sent on the day of check-in. Other things to note Before completing your reservation, please read all the information below carefully and review the available photos. Many questions can be clarified here: CHECK-IN is from 3:00 PM. If the apartment is available earlier, we will do our best to offer a free early check-in. However, if guests arrive before that time and remain at the front desk with luggage, a R$249 fine will be applied. CHECK-OUT must be completed by 10:00 AM. After that time, guests must leave the property and the building, as staying at the entrance with luggage is not allowed. If this rule is not followed, the same fine will apply. There is no luggage storage on-site, and it is not allowed to leave bags at the building or in the apartment outside of check-in and check-out times. For security reasons, and as required by the condominium where the apartment is located, all guests must submit, at least 24 hours before check-in, front and back photos of an official ID via the platform chat. Failure to do so may result in denial of access. From the second guest onward, an additional R$50 per day fee is charged, calculated automatically by the platform based on the number of guests declared. The total number of guests must not exceed the one listed in the reservation. A R$1,000 fine will be applied if this rule is violated. Parties, events, and visits from non-registered guests are strictly prohibited. The property is located in a residential building, and only registered guests are allowed entry. Violations will result in a R$1,000 fine. Smoking of any kind (including electronic cigarettes, vapes, hookahs, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Violations will result in a R$1,000 fine. We perform professional cleaning before check-in and after check-out. We expect guests to maintain the space responsibly. In cases of excessive mess or damage, a R$1,000 fine may be charged to cover additional cleaning or repairs. The apartment is in a family-friendly condominium. It is essential to respect internal rules and quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Parties and visits are not allowed. We do not provide access to extra cable TV packages (e.g., NOW, Premiere, Combate) or streaming services like Netflix, Globoplay, Amazon Prime, Disney+, or Max. Guests may log in with their own credentials, but they are responsible for logging out before departure. We are not responsible for accounts left logged in. Children are welcome! From 2 years old, they must be included in the guest count. Unfortunately, the apartment is not accessible for wheelchair users or guests with limited mobility. We provide clean, sterilized bedding for all beds according to the number of guests, 1 bath towel per guest, and 1 hand towel per bathroom. Towels are for indoor use only and may not be taken outside. We offer some basic items at check-in: 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, a small container of salt, sugar, and ground coffee. These items are not restocked during the stay. If more is needed, guests must purchase them, including toilet paper. Please do not insist. All communication must be made exclusively via the platform chat. Our service hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If any issue or malfunction is found during your stay, please notify us immediately via the platform chat so we can send our team and assist as quickly as possible. Our goal is to provide the best possible experience. Please remember: this is a residential apartment, not a hotel. We are always here to help, but unexpected issues may occur.
