Large BBQ Pit ready to be turn on with cut pieces of mesquite on site. Outside TV and tables and chairs under the patio with view to the swing set and trampoline for kids to enjoy. Also a place for s’mores and enjoy the night watching the bright stars. Garage not available but house has a carport that fits two vehicles. Water softener system, feel the difference when showering or washing your hands.
