Maximum 2 guests per room, if we found other person you will be fined for 1,000 thb/person and they need to leave from our place immediately. 2. The building is NON-smoking area, if you want to smoke please go outside the building. If we found, you will be fined 2,000 THB. 3. Please DON'T flush any toilet paper in the toilet. The sewage system in Thailand is not designed to flush of any papers. If we found this issue, maintenance fee is 1,000 THB. 4. All towels (face towel, hair towel, bath towel, and floor mat), will be replaced with new set once you've stayed here on 3rd day. Please press clean, then we can know you want this. Remark: If you've stayed here on 7th day, we will replace bed sheet, pillow cases, duvet cover for you as well. 5. If you press clean (on other day not the changing towels day), we will clear the garbage out, wipe & mop the floor, clean if we found any dirtiness, and fill tissue for you.
