Welcome to our idyllic home surrounded by the picturesque Kitzecker wine landscape. Enjoy the tranquility and the view from the balcony, which offers you a magnificent panoramic view over the surrounding vineyards. Spend relaxing hours in the garden under the cozy pergola or refresh yourself in the pool – the perfect place to end the day and fully enjoy nature. The space In our apartment you will experience a spacious bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed (1.6 m wide), a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator, an inviting living room with sofa bed (folding sofa) and a balcony with a view. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, large sink, towels and hairdryer and is accessible from the living room. Centrally located, this is the ideal starting point for hiking and biking tours. Free parking is available. The shared pool and outdoor area offer a relaxing atmosphere overlooking the surrounding vineyards. Experience comfort and nature in perfect harmony. Guest access Check-in is possible after 3 pm, and thanks to the key box, you can arrive flexibly when it suits you. The entire garden area, including the beautiful pergola and the refreshing pool, is at your disposal. On the ground floor is a cozy lounge that invites you to linger. There you have the option to independently take and enjoy homemade brandies, juices, regional wines and coffee for a fee. Other things to note The local visitor's tax is currently €2.50 per person (15 years and above) per night and must be paid in cash on site (not included in the price). The pool is open daily until 10 pm and is expected to be open from late May to early October, depending on the local weather. The pool is not heated.
