You will share the apartment with us. Bruno’s very excited with new people and is friendly. No other pets allowed. Westmead hospital/station: 15min walk Wentworthville station: 9min walk The space I’m on the second floor of a small building in a quiet street in Westmead. We’ll be sharing an opened kitchen and living room areas with access to 2 balconies. One balcony has a bbq that you’re welcome to use. The other is your semi-shared balcony (opening to your room). Guest access You’ll have full access to all shared spaces (kitchen, bbq balcony, living room). If needed, I can also provide secure undercover parking for a fee and remote control deposit. Otherwise free street parking is available. During your stay I tend to work from home a lot, so you’ll be seeing me around. I like to socialise sometimes, but I’ll mostly keep to myself. Other things to note - Neighbours are a bit sensitive downstairs with noise. Please be considerate with heavy walking around the house before 7am and after 9pm. - No smoking - Apartment living means some living noises such as walking is still expected within reason. - Sydney CBD is not walkable distance. For reference, Check trains departing from Wentworthville or Westmead train station to Central Station on Google Maps. This will give you some idea how to reach the city.
