Guest access As guests of Casa Ohana, you have exclusive access to the entire villa and its premium amenities. Enjoy the privacy of your own beachfront paradise, with convenient parking available for families or large groups of friends. Our dedicated concierge is at your service to ensure your stay is seamless, and a chef/cook service adds an extra layer of indulgence to your vacation. Other things to note NUMBER OF GUESTS Important: An additional fee will apply starting from the fifth guest. Please make sure to enter the correct total number of guests when making your reservation. The number of guests listed in the reservation must match the total number of people staying at the property. LAUNDRY If you need laundry service, you will find laundry bags in the rooms. It costs $500 MXN per bag and must be given to the cleaning staff before 12:00 PM to be returned the following morning. STAFF Maintenance working hours are from 7:00 AM to 15:00 PM. Housekeeping working hours are from 8:00 AM to 16:00 PM. The recommended kitchen working hours are from 8:00 AM to 18:00 PM, but this can be adjusted to meet your needs, respecting the 10-hour work period. All supplies for meal preparation incur an additional cost. If you wish to have kitchen service for extra hours, there is an additional charge of $2000 MXN, subject to availability. Night watchman's working hours are from 19:00 PM to 7:00 AM. SHOPPING The service of one shopping trip per day is included, you should send your shopping list to the Personal Concierge, before 18:00PM, we supply the products the next day no later than 12:00PM. Additional orders have a cost of $500MXN per trip. Puerto Escondido is in constant growth and surrounded by nature. For this reason there might be construction noises and wild life in the surroundings.
