The Mini Polka Dot Cottage is a colorful Cottage with a 50's Polka Dot vibe. Close to town, freeway, racetrack, fairgrounds and mountains. You get the Best of all worlds in this cute little get away. Snacks and bottled water await you. Stay inside and Enjoy Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, ESPN and boardgames. Outdoors, there are plenty of nearby sites to see. 12 minutes from Historic Helper City and 5 minutes from downtown Price. Space for Up to 4 guests, $35 per person, after the first 2. The space The bedroom of The Mini Polka Dot Cottage has a queen-sized bed. A Polka Dot dresser, a large closet for hanging garments, and a dressing chair. There are two nightstands, beside the bed. You have your own private bathroom, with both tub and shower. A large kitchen with all of the amenities of home. Lots of counter space, stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher and fun farmers sink. It is just a super fun place to be. Guest access You have full access to the top floor of the home and the yard. you may share the yard with other guests, so you may meet some new friends. Other things to note 1. Unfortunately, the person making the reservation, is responsible for all damages, made by the other guests. If this person does not stay with the guests, we have noticed more damages being done. For this reason, please be mindful of who booked your home for you. Leave the home as you found it. 2. Furr babies are welcome. There is a $45 pet fee. Please keep them crated at night and when you are away. If your furr baby barks while you are away, please make other arrangements or take them with you.
