Therefore, you will never meet the owner or other guests. Other things to note ■ Early Check-in & Late Check-out ・Late check-out: Not available. Please check out by 10:00 a.m. (Additional fees apply for late check-out.) ・Early check-in: Luggage storage after 12:00 p.m. only. ■ Additional Charges ・Mid-stay garbage collection (for long-term stays): 3,000 JPY per time ・Suitcase disposal: 3,000 JPY per item ・Lost items: handled case-by-case (international shipping unavailable) ■ Delivery Box & Mailbox ・Use is prohibited. Once items are placed inside, they cannot be retrieved. ・Please receive all packages in person. ・If used, a handling fee will be charged and items cannot be retrieved until check-out. ■ Road Access ・Vehicles cannot be parked directly in front of the house. ・Please walk about 15 meters from the main road to reach the entrance. ■ Other Notes ・Separate garbage into burnable, non-burnable, and cans/bottles/PET bottles, and place near the 1F kitchen bin. ・Do not place garbage outside to avoid insects. ・All utensils and amenities are as shown in the photos. ・No mid-stay cleaning provided; please keep the space tidy yourself. ・Face and bath towels are provided per guest (no replacements or extras). ・For groups of 7 or more, please use the sofa beds (single or double) in the 1F living room. ・Before leaving or checking out, turn off all appliances and lock doors and windows. Return the key to the key box. ・If you use the shower continuously for over 30 minutes, the gas will stop. Please rest 15 minutes before resuming. ・If all air conditioners are running while using the hair dryer, the breaker may trip. It will reset automatically after 10 seconds, but if it trips repeatedly, please turn off one air conditioner before using the dryer. ・The property is located in a quiet residential area along a small alley; it may be dim at night but is safe and peaceful. ・The building is older, and the stairs are steep—please take care. ・Do not exceed the number of guests declared at booking. ・In case of emergency, contact the phone number provided in your booking confirmation email. ■ Compensation / Penalty Fees ・Damage or staining of equipment or furnishings ・Special cleaning required due to smoking, vomit, or other causes ・Noise complaints from neighbors ■ Prohibited Activities ・Parties, drinking gatherings, or banquets ・Smoking inside or around the property ・Noise disturbing nearby residents ・Please keep quiet between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. ・Be mindful of TV and music volume ・Avoid loud talking outside late at night or early in the morning ■ Surroundings ・During your stay, there may be construction noise, sounds from nearby residents, or temporary odors. ・As these are external factors beyond our control, refunds or discounts cannot be provided for such reasons. ・Thank you for your understanding.
