Service area with washing machine, iron and hairdryer. The space LOCATION This space is located in the Santa Helena Building, which is on Rua Mil e Setecentos, number ninety-five. It is less than a minute's walk to the sandy beach and about 3 minutes' walk to the Av. Central Boardwalk. ACCOMMODATIONS The apartment has three air-conditioned bedrooms, one of them being an en-suite. In total we have two queen beds, a double bed, and two sofa beds (each sofa accommodates 1 person). Large living room with two areas, comfortable sofas and armchairs, Smart TV. Kitchen equipped with utensils for preparing basic meals, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, blender and sandwich maker. There is also an electric barbecue grill. Service area with washing machine, iron and hairdryer. We provide basic bed linens and one bath towel per guest. We offer a duvet for each bed and a microfiber blanket for each sofa bed, ensuring your maximum comfort. BARBECUE GRILL The apartment has a private electric barbecue grill. AIR CONDITIONING In total, there are three split air-conditioners, one in each bedroom. CONNECTIVITY The apartment has its own good speed Wi-Fi internet and there is a Smart TV in the living room. GARAGE A numbered parking space on the ground floor, with a car in front of or behind yours. The space measures 2.40 wide by 5m long. If necessary, my team can direct you to private parking near the building. NOTE: Unfortunately, the TVs in the apartment do not receive open channels. NOTE²: The minibar in the apartment is not in operation. Other things to note ____________________ REGISTRATION FORM: In order to be cleared for entry into the condominium, all guests and visitors must be registered with their full name and document data prior to entering the building. ____________________ CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is from 3 p.m. and can be done until 9 p.m. on the same day. If you arrive after 9 p.m., you will only be able to enter the apartment from 9 a.m. the next day. You can check the availability of early check-in one day before the day of your arrival. ____________________ DEPARTURE TIME: The standard check-out time is 10 a.m., and departure must be completed by this time. For an extra fee, you can purchase a late check-out and stay in the apartment until 8 p.m. ____________________ NIGHT ARRIVAL: Entries after 6 p.m. are not preferably made in person and the two-stop method is used. In this method, the keys are accessed through a lockbox in a location and after that you will head to the apartment.
