Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable lounge with the property's signature quirky character. **Mezzanine workspace** Above the first bedroom facing the road, the mezzanine floor is set up as a dedicated working environment — desk, chair, fast Wi-Fi, quiet enough to take video calls when no one is in the room. **Patio** Small private outdoor space. --- ### Location Walking distances to landmarks: - 5 minutes to Brighton seafront - 8 minutes to Brighton railway station (direct trains to London Victoria, ~1 hour) - 15–20 minutes to the Lanes / North Laine - 12 minutes to the Hilton Brighton Metropole - 8 minutes to Brighton Centre (events venue) - Cafés, restaurants, and a supermarket within a few minutes on foot - Under two minutes from bus stop --- ### Check-in Please see Guest access section. --- ### Parking Brighton has limited central parking, so we arrange parking on a per-reservation basis. Guests are directed to a discounted rate at Courtland Road Hotel car park (~15 min walk, £10 per night, payable prior to arrival). For longer stays, contractor stays, or specific arrival circumstances we sometimes have flexibility on our rate - please message us with your dates and arrival details before booking, and we'll confirm the best option. If accessibility is a concern (heavy luggage, mobility), let us know in advance there's no on-site parking but you can pull up briefly outside to drop bags. --- ### Midweek and longer stays If you're booking Monday to Thursday, considering a week-or-longer stay, or planning a contractor or business team booking, message us before booking. We sometimes have flexibility on our rates. Long-term stays welcome (28+ days) — message before booking for longer-stay rates. Guest access Self check-in via electronic keypad (smart lock) — no key collection, no waiting. Your code is shared on the day of check-in. Standard check-in is from 4 PM. If anything goes wrong on arrival, message us — we respond within minutes. Early check-in or late check-out is sometimes available subject to bookings either side, for a £20 fee.
