Travel back through the shared courtyard to enter this ground-floor unit. Inside the door, find a studio-style layout with living space through the middle, a queen mattress with fresh linens, and a small kitchen tucked around to the right. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a full appliance package and everything you need to cook during your stay. From pots, pans, dishware, cooking utensils, and small appliances, this small but functional kitchen has you covered. The living space provides a comfortable sofa, sitting chair, and a wall-mounted smart TV ready to stream your favorite shows. Closet space on either side of the TV provides ample storage space for extended stays. The apartment provides one bathroom with a single vanity, shower/tub combination, and essentials, including towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer. Working remotely during your stay? Our high-speed WiFi supports video conferencing and multitasking, and a dedicated workspace is at the foot of the queen bed. Guest access The entire apartment is for your use! The courtyard is shared but rarely used, and there is a washer/dryer room through the doors at the back of the courtyard that you may use for free. Other things to note We allow up to ONE (1) dog max, no cats. The fee for one dog is $100 and must be paid separately before checking in. Must be able to provide proof of flea treatment etc. No untrained puppies. No parties. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property. No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property. Do not smoke on the property or near the home. Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately. Treat the apartment with respect, as if it were your property.
