Recently remodeled and tastefully furnished in rustic and chic fashion, this studio-type apartment boasts a unique charm, with many of the original features and woodwork made from pallets. The Pallet Homes is seated at the urban street of Jaro Iloilo City. This chic and elegant space gives our guests a cozy experience yet accessible to amenities such as grocery store , restaurants, spa and clinics. The space This is an AC room with shared access to bathroom, kitchen, dining area. We don't have a generator. Other things to note General House Rules - Quiet Time: 8pm - 8am - No hard parties allowed. - Since the house is at a private area, intense noise will not be tolerated, to avoid disturbing the neighbors. - NO smoking inside the house. - Any damages seen will be charged to the guest. - Clean as you go. - Curfew: 11pm - Lost keys will be fined. ( P1,000 ) - NO KARAOKE **NOTE: we are NOT a quarantine facility. If your reason for staying is for quarantine purposes, then we will not allow it as we are not an accredited facility.
